Tense in Hindi: आज इस पोस्ट में हम हिंदी में Tense (काल) के बारे में बताएंगे। तो जो लोग आसान तरीके से Tense सीखना चाहते हैं उनके लिए मैंने इस पोस्ट में चार्ट के साथ Tense (Tense in Hindi with Chart) की पूरी जानकारी प्रदान की है। 

बहुत से लोग जब इंग्लिश सीखते हैं तो उन्हें Tense या काल सीखना थोड़ा मुश्किल लगाता है। लेकिन आज इस पोस्ट में हम आपको Tense इस तरह बताएंगे कि हमेशा के लिए आपको Tense आसान लगने लगेगा। हमने नीचे Tense Charts के साथ तीनों प्रकार के “काल (Tense)” के बारे में बताया है।

जैसा की आपको पता होगा की Tense तीन प्रकार के होते हैं, Present Tense (वर्तमान काल), Past Tense (भूतकाल) अथवा Future Tense (भविष्य काल)। इन सभी के चार चार प्रकार हैं। इन सभी के बारे में हम स्ट्रक्चर के साथ समझाएंगे। तो इस पोस्ट को पूरा पढ़ें। आइए सबसे पहले जानते हैं की Tense kya hai? Tense: किसी कार्य को करने के समय को Tense या काल कहते हैं। यह व्याकरण की एक श्रेणी है जो समय से जुड़ी क्रियाओं के संपादित होने की जानकारी देती है। Tense का तात्पर्य समय से है जो की वर्तमान (Present), भूत (Past या बीता हुआ) अथवा भविष्य (Future या आने वाला) हो सकता है। Tense की कई अन्य परिभाषाएं (Definitions) भी हैं जिससे Tense को समझना आसान हो जाता है।

या,

“Tense (काल) वह समय या काल है जब क्रिया होती है।”

Tenses are a category of grammar that emphasizes the use of verbs that are associated with the time of use. In other words, tenses are differences in the form of a verb to express the difference in time and duration of an action or event.

Or,

Tense refers to any of the verb forms that can be used to denote the time of an event or state.

Or,

Tense is the time or period when a verb occurs.

उदाहरण (Example)

• मैं चावल खाता हूँ। (I eat rice) [Present]
• मैंने चावल खाया। (I ate rice) [Past]
• मैं चावल खाऊंगा। (I will eat rice) [Future]

Tense के प्रकार (Kinds of Tense in Hindi) टेंस के प्रकार

Tense तीन प्रकार के होते हैं जो इस प्रकार हैं:

1. Present Tense (वर्तमान काल)
2. Past Tense (भूतकाल)
3. Future Tense (भविष्य काल)

इन तीनों Tense (काल) को चार अलग अलग प्रकार में बांटा गया है।

• Simple या Indefinite
• Continuous
• Perfect
• Perfect continuous

इस तरह Tense को अगर बारीकी से पढ़ें तो हमें Tense के 12 प्रकारों को पढ़ना होगा। आइए बारी बारी से एक एक करके पढ़ते हैं। यहां पर Tense के 12 प्रकारों को एक Table में दर्शाया गया है।

आइए सबसे पहले Present Tense पर नजर डालते हैं।

Present Tense (वर्तमान काल और इसके प्रकार) – Present Tense in Hindi

क्रिया के Present tense का अर्थ है कोई भी कार्य जो वर्तमान में किया जा रहा है या हो रहा है।

उदाहरण के लिए:

• मैं चावल खाता हूँ – I eat rice
• तानिया स्कूल जाती है – Tania goes to school.
• रॉबिन अपने दोस्तों के साथ मैदान में खेल रहा है – Robin is playing in the field with his friends. 
• करीम किताब पढ़ रहा है – Karim is reading the book.

Present tense (वर्तमान काल) चार प्रकार के होते हैं।

1. Present indefinite tense.
2. Present continuous tense.
3. Present perfect tense.
4. Present perfect continuous tense.

Present indefinite tense (Present Indefinite Tense in Hindi)

Present Indefinite Tense किसी आदतन सत्य या शाश्वत सत्य का बोध कराता है। इस प्रकार का वाक्य किसी Fact या आदत को दर्शाता है।

पहचानने के नियम – जब क्रिया के अंत में ता है, ती है, ते है इत्यादि लगा रहता हैं तो वह वाक्य Present Indefinite Tense में होता है।

Negative	Subject + do / does not + Verb1 + Complement	a. I do not work hard for this company. b. He does not work hard for this company. c. मैं स्कूल नहीं जाता हूं। d. सूर्य पश्चिम में नहीं उगता है।
Interrogative	Do / does + Subject + Verb1 + Complement?	a. Do I work hard for this company? b. Does he work hard for this company? c. क्या आप सुंदर हैं? d. क्या आप स्कूल जाते हैं?

Present Continuous Tense (Present Continuous Tense in Hindi)

Present Continuous Tense का अर्थ वैसी क्रिया से है जो वर्तमान समय में किया जा रहा है या चल रहा है।

पहचानने के नियम – जब क्रिया के अंत में रहा है, रही है, रहे हैं इत्यादि लगा रहता है तो वह वाक्य Present Continuous Tense में होता है।

Positive	Subject + am / are / is + Verb-ing + Complement	We are studying English. मीना स्कूल जा रही है. लड़के मैदान में खेल रहे हैं.
Negative	Subject + am / are / is + Not + Complement	We are not studying English. हम अंग्रेजी नहीं पढ़ रहे हैं. हम लोग नहीं खेल रहे हैं.
Interrogative	Am / are / is + Subject + Verb-ing + Complement?	Are we studying English? क्या हम अंग्रेजी पढ़ रहे हैं? क्या तुम गीत गा रही हो?

Present Perfect Tense (Present Perfect Tense in Hindi)

किसी क्रिया का Present Perfect Tense का मतलब है कि कोई भी काम अभी खत्म हुआ है। कोई कार्य समाप्त हो गया है लेकिन उसका परिणाम अभी भी मौजूद है (अप्रकाशित).

पहचानने के नियम: जब क्रिया के अंत में चुका है, चूका हूँ, चुकी हूँ, चुके हैं लगा होता है तो Present Perfect Tense के अंतर्गत आता है.

Negative	Subject + has / have + not + Verb3 + Complement	a. I have not finished my homework. b. She has not finished her homework. C. मैंने अपना काम पूरा नहीं किया है. D. वह अपना काम पूरी नहीं की है.
Interrogative	Has / have + Subject + Verb3 + Complement?	a. Have I finished my homework? b. Has she finished her homework? C. क्या आपने अपना काम पूरा किया है? D. क्या सीता खाना खा चुकी है?

Present Perfect Continuous Tense (Present Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi)

कोई काम शुरू हो चुका है और अभी भी चल रहा है तो यह Present Perfect Continuous Tense का बोध कराता है. 

पहचानने के नियम: जब क्रिया के अंत में ता आ रहा है, ती आ रही है, ते आ रहे है, रहा हूँ, रही हूँ, रहे है आदि लगे रहते हैं तो वह Present Perfect Continuous Tense के अंतर्गत आता है।

Negative	Subject + has / have + not + been + Verb-ing + Complement	a. You have not been working here since 2015. b. She has not been speaking for the last 3 hours. C. रीना दो घंटे से नहीं पढ़ रही है। D. वे आधे घंटे से नहीं खेल रहे हैं।
Interrogative	Has / have + Subject + been + Verb-ing + Complement?	a.       Have you been working here since 2015? b.      Has she been speaking for the last 3 hours? C. क्या रीना दो घंटे से पढ़ रही है। D. क्या मोहन आधे घंटे से खेल रहा है।

Past Tense (भूतकाल और इसके प्रकार) – Past Tense in Hindi

क्रिया के Past tense का अर्थ है कोई भी समय जो बीत चुका है।

उदाहरण के लिए:

• मैंने चावल खाया – I ate rice.
• मोहिमा स्कूल गई – Mohima went to school.
• करीम ने पकड़ी मछली – Karim caught fish.
• वे कल मैदान में खेले थे – They played in the field yesterday.
• पिंकू कल सुबह एक किताब पढ़ रहा था – Pinku was reading a book yesterday morning.
• माँ कल दोपहर चावल पका रही थी – Mother was cooking rice yesterday afternoon.

Past tense (भूत काल) चार प्रकार के होते हैं।

1. Simple Past Tense or Past Indefinite Tense
2. Past Imperfect Tense or, Past Continuous Tense
3. Past Perfect Tense
4. Past Perfect Continuous Tense

Simple Past Tense or Past Indefinite Tense (Past Indefinite tense in Hindi)

Past indefinite tense वैसे कार्य का बोध कराता है जो अतीत में समाप्त हो गया था। या बीते समय के किसी आदत का उल्लेख करना, जिसका परिणाम अस्तित्व में नहीं है, उसे Past indefinite tense कहा जाता है।

पहचानने के नियम: जब क्रिया के अंत में या था, यी थी, ये थे, या, ये, यी लगा रहता है तो वह Past Indefinite Tense के अंतर्गत आता है।

Negative	Subject + did not + Verb1 + Complement	a. I did not work hard for that company. (मैंने उस कंपनी के लिए कड़ी मेहनत नहीं की।) b. He did not work hard for that company. (उन्होंने उस कंपनी के लिए ज्यादा मेहनत नहीं की।)
Interrogative	Did + Subject + Verb1 + Complement?	A. Did I work hard for that company? क्या मैंने उस कंपनी के लिए कड़ी मेहनत की) b. Did he work hard for that company? (क्या उसने उस कंपनी के लिए कड़ी मेहनत की?)

Past Continuous Tense (Past Continuous Tense in Hindi)

Past Continuous tense ऐसे कार्य का बोध कराता है जो पहले हो रहा था या किया जा रहा था।

पहचानने के नियम: जब क्रिया के अंत में रहा था, रही, थी, रहे थे लगा होता है वह Past Continuous Tense के अंतर्गत आता है।

Positive	Subject + was / were + Verb-ing + Complement	I was studying English when he called. (जब उन्होंने फोन किया तो मैं अंग्रेजी पढ़ रहा था।)
Negative	Subject + was / were + Not + Verb-ing + Complement	I was not studying English when he called. (जब उन्होंने फोन किया तो मैं अंग्रेजी नहीं पढ़ रहा था।)
Interrogative	Was / were + Subject + Verb-ing + Complement?	Was I studying English when he called? (जब उन्होंने फोन किया तो क्या मैं अंग्रेजी पढ़ रहा था?)

Past Perfect Tense (Past Perfect tense in Hindi)

Past Perfect tense का उपयोग अतीत में एक निश्चित समय से पहले हुई घटनाओं को दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है, और घटना की अवधि के बजाय परिणाम पर जोर देता है. 

पहचानने के नियम: जब क्रिया के अंत में चुका था, चुकी थी, चुके थे, लिया था, दिया था इत्यादि लगा होता है तो वह Past Perfect tense के अंतर्गत आता है।

उदाहरण

• डॉक्टर के आने से पहले ही मरीज की मौत हो गई – The patient had died before the doctor’s arrival.
• स्टेशन पहुँचने से पहले ही हमने ट्रेन छोड़ दी – The train had left before we reached our station.
• हमारे स्कूल पहुँचने से पहले घंटी बज चुकी थी। – The bell rang before reaching our school.

Negative	Subject + had + not + Verb3 + Complement	I had not finished my homework before I met up with my friends yesterday. (कल अपने दोस्तों से मिलने से पहले मैंने अपना होमवर्क पूरा नहीं किया था।)
Interrogative	Had + Subject + Verb3 + Complement?	Had I finished my homework before I met up with my friends yesterday? (कल अपने दोस्तों से मिलने से पहले क्या मैंने अपना होमवर्क पूरा कर लिया था?)

Past Perfect Continuous Tense (Past Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi)

Past perfect continuous tense का इस्तेमाल अतीत में हुई क्रियाओं को दिखाने के लिए किया जाता है। यह काल इसकी घटना की अवधि (Duration) पर जोर देता है जो किसी निश्चित समय में पूरा किया गया था।

पहचानने के नियम: जब क्रिया के अंत में ता रहा था, ती रही थी, ते रहे थे आदि लगा रहता है तो वह वाक्य Past Perfect Continuous Tense में होता है।

उदाहरण

• कल मैं दो घंटे पढ़ रहा था – I was studying for two hours yesterday.
• आज सुबह दो घंटे बारिश हो रही थी – It was raining for two hours this morning.
• तरुण कल दोपहर तीन घंटे काम कर रहा था – Tarun was working for three hours yesterday afternoon.

Positive	Subject + had + been + Verb-ing + Complement	You had been crying for an hour. (तुम एक घंटे से रो रहे थे।)
Negative	Subject + had + not + been + Verb-ing + Complement	You had not been crying for an hour. (आप एक घंटे से रो नहीं रहे थे।)
Interrogative	Had + Subject + been + Verb-ing + Complement?	Had you been crying for an hour? (क्या आप एक घंटे से रो रहे थे?)

Future Tense (भविष्यत काल और इसके प्रकार) – Future Tense in Hindi

क्रिया के Future tense का अर्थ है कोई भी कार्य जो भविष्य में होगी या की जायेगी।

उदाहरण के लिए:

• मैं चावल खाऊंगा – I will eat rice.
• वह स्कूल जाएगा – He will go to school
• हम मछली पकड़ेंगे। – We will catch fish.
• वे बाजार जाएंगे – They will go to the market.
• तानिया पढ़ेगी किताब – Tania will read the book.
• राजू स्कूल जा रहा होगा – Raju must be going to school.
• आप मैदान में खेल रहे होंगे – You will be playing in the field.
• लड़कियां गाना गा रही होंगी – The girls must be singing.
• रहीम और करीम पढ़ रहे होंगे – Rahim and Karim will be studying.
• माँ पका रही होगी – Mother must be cooking.

Future tense (भविष्यत् काल) चार प्रकार के होते हैं।

1. Simple Future Tense or Future Indefinite Tense
2. Future Imperfect Tense or, Future Continuous Tense
3. Future Perfect Tense
4. Future Perfect Continuous Tense

Simple Future Tense or Future Indefinite Tense (Future Indefinite Tense in Hindi)

Simple Future Tense भविष्य में किसी क्रिया या अवस्था को दिखाने के लिए उपयुक्त होता है।

पहचानने के नियम: जब वाक्य के क्रिया के अंत में गा, गी, गे लगा होता है तो वह वाक्य Simple Future Tense या Future Indefinite Tense कहलाता है।

उदाहरण

• मैं चावल खाऊंगा – I will eat rice
• वह स्कूल जाएगा – He will go to school
• हम मछली पकड़ेंगे – We will catch fish.
• वे बाजार जाएंगे – They will go to the market.

Future Continuous Tense (Future Continuous Tense in Hindi)

Future Continuous Tense भविष्य में एक निश्चित समय पर होने वाली क्रिया या स्थिति को दिखाने के लिए प्रयुक्त होता है। इसका अर्थ है की भविष्य में कोई भी कार्य जारी रहेगा या जारी रहेगा।

पहचानने के नियम: जब वाक्य में क्रिया के अंत में ता रहूँगा, ती रहूँगी, ते रहूँगे इत्यादि लगा रहता है तो वह वाक्य Future continuous tense में होता है।

उदाहरण

• कल मैं गाता रहूंगा। – Tomorrow i will be singing.
• कल मैं दिनभर हंसता रहूंगा। – Tomorrow I will be laughing all day.
• मैं दिनभर पढ़ता रहूंगा। – I will be reading all day.

Interrogative	Am / are / is + Subject + Verb-ing + Complement?	Will I be studying English? (क्या तुम अंग्रेजी पढ़ते रहोगे)

Future Perfect Tense (Future Perfect Tense in Hindi)

भविष्य में समाप्त होने वाली क्रिया को निरूपित करने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। इसका अर्थ है कि कोई काम भविष्य में एक निश्चित अवधि में होगा।

पहचानने के नियम : जब वाक्य के क्रिया के अंत में चुका होगा, चुकी होगी, चुके होंगे, या होगा, यी होगी, ये होंगे लगा होता है तो वह फ्यूचर परफेक्ट टेंस होता है।

उदाहरण

• सूरज उगने से पहले उसने काम पूरा कर लिया होगा – He will have completed the work before the sun rises
• पिता के आने से पहले माँ पका चुकी होगी – The mother will have cooked before the father’s arrival.

Future Perfect Continuous Tense (Future Perfect Continuous Tense in Hindi)

Future perfect continuous tense भविष्य में होने वाली कार्रवाइयों को दिखाने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है। इसका मतलब है कि भविष्य में एक निश्चित समय के लिए काम जारी रहेगा

पहचानने का तरीका: जब वाक्य के क्रिया के अंत में ता रहा होगा, ती रही होगी, ते रहे होंगे, ता हुआ रहेगा, ती हुई रहेगी, ते हुये रहेंगे लगा रहता है तो वह Future Perfect Continuous Tense होता है।

उदाहरण

• वह इस कॉलेज में दो साल से पढ़ता रहा होगा – He will have been studying in this college for two years.
• अलीमा आज शाम दो घंटे पढ़ती रही होगी – Alima must have been studying for two hours this evening.
